Abstract:The COVID-19 outbreak has changed travel behavior. After the pandemic outbreak, people's travel mode gradually shifted to short-distance and self-driving travel because of the fear of infection. The tourism industry needs to understand the changing needs of tourists. Due to the rapid development of the internet, tourists increasingly like to share their travel experiences online. Therefore, text analysis of tourists' online reviews has become an effective method for understanding tourists' experiences and needs. Using Customer Knowledge for Geese Farm Improvement

Abstract:The poultry market demand is expected to be higher by 2050 compared to 2010. However, Geese farmers lack scientific Knowledge leading to low survival rates and poor product quality. This research aims to improve customer satisfaction by i) identifying problems in geese farms and ii) using Customer Knowledge Management to design a research framework. Demographic analysis, Text Mining, Kano questionnaire, and Arrow diagramming are used to gather customer data and identify critical areas. The proposed solution is to enhance geese farmers' Knowledge using the Community of Practice.

Abstract:In recent years, introducing and implementing the “Belt and Road” initiatives have provided new opportunities for China's development. As we all know, the arrival of the Covid-19 epidemic has accelerated the online teaching model, both an opportunity and a challenge for teaching Chinese as a foreign language. A content gap analysis will pinpoint the causes of online classroom management. Therefore, this paper would like to develop a framework of constraints in online classroom management based on the personal knowledge management (PKM)theory.
